what dversify measures

We go beyond race, gender, age to also measure socio-economic background, disability, sexual orientation, and intersectionality of those identities because no one person is just one identity. Our proprietary formula provides four distinct data points on company diversity.

  1. RICHNESS: How diverse is your team? We ask inclusive (and legal) questions to identify who is represented and who isn't.

  2. EVENNESS: How is that diversity distributed? Using questions about team management level, we identify the most diverse teams to the least.

  3. FAIRNESS: How fair is your company? By examining time at company, experience, and promotions an employee has received, we calculate each demographics rate of growth to reveal any gaps in pay & promotion. 

  4. HAPPINESS: How happy are your employees? Questions examine how valued, included, heard, and safe employees feel.

how it works

We made measuring company diversity super easy, fast, and secure - you'll get your diversity metrics within four weeks of launching the survey.

  1. Prep: We'll identify goals, key metrics to measure, and timeline. We'll help you get your team comfortable and pumped to participate by explaining the process. Transparency is key here.
  2. Survey: All employees get a link from Dversify to take our proprietary 35 question survey. It takes less than 10 minutes to complete it. No survey fatigue here - we have a 90% response rate.
  3. Report: In four weeks, we'll send you a final report with easy to read data (with pretty graphs) and actionable insights.

Privacy

We never share individual employee data with anyone, so your employees can feel secure knowing no one at their company will see their responses. As the third-party between employer and employee, we are able to anonymize the data and share only the aggregated data.
